Volume 1 consists of a detailed narrative exposition of the law in all key areas including: formation and parties; scope of obligations; termination, compensation and other matters; responsibilities of and liabilities to third parties; and dispute resolution. Volume 2 contains the latest versions of the JCT 2005 suite of contracts and subsequent Volumes 3 to 5 will provide a comprehensive selection of other bodies\\\\\\\' main forms currently in use.
