EC Competition Law
By
Ariel Ezrachi
This book is designed as a working tool. It is a concise, highly practical guide to the leading cases which shape European competition law.
The book is divided into 10 chapters, focusing in particular on Article 81 and 82 EC and their public and private enforcement. A short introduction at the beginning of each chapter reviews the relevant regulations and guidelines and provides an analytical framework for the cases covered in the chapter. All case entries are accompanied by commentary which adds further context, among others, by analysing the case in relation to other cases, regulations and guidelines.
Ariel Ezrachi is the Slaughter and May lecturer in Competition Law at the University of Oxford and the Director of the Oxford Centre for Competition Law and Policy. He is a Fellow and Tutor in Law at Pembroke College, Oxford.
