Description
No matter how good a person\\\'s research
and study skills, the ultimate test for the law student is the exam,
and the more preparation made the better equipped will that person be
for that final hurdle. The Blackstone \"Law Questions and Answers
series gives students an opportunity to practice their exam
techniques, and to evaluate and assess their progress.
Each book in the \"Q&A\"
series is written by experienced law lecturers who are themselves
examiners. The books cover all the essential topics found in
undergraduate law degree courses, CPE courses and other undergraduate
courses where law is an essential element.
The books are divided by chapters
covering each major topic, and contain up to 50 questions and
answers. Each chapter has an introduction focusing on important legal
aspects and points of interest, including suggestions for further
reading. After each question there is a commentary which highlights
the essential elements of each question, and indicates what the
examiners are looking for.
Subjects covered in the book include
access to the civil justice system; the criminal justice system:
principles and failings; defending suspects at the police station,
the right to silence and plea bargaining
Readership: Revision guide
suitable for all undergraduate law students.
